Job Description:
  • This position is responsible for working with Use VisualForce, Apex, Java, JavaScript, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support critical business functions.
  • Collaborate with members of the project team and business owners to design, develop, unit test, and provide post-release support.
  • Work in a highly agile environment with a focus on iterative and test-driven design methods
  • Utilize cloud integration tools such as MuleSoft, WebMethods-Cloud Streams, Informatica Cloud manage integrations between SalesForce.com and other systems.
  • Design advanced reports, dashboards, and portals in SalesForce.com and other business intelligence tools.
  • Keep up on the latest advances in cloud and integration offerings, technologies, and best practices
  • Computer-related or engineering-related four year degree (or equivalent)
  • Primary worksite is Minneapolis/St. Paul,MNbut relocation possible.
Required:
  • 5+ years software development experience
  • 3+ years Apex/VisualForce experience.
  • Work with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Strong database experience is desirable, preferably MSSQL and/or Oracle.
  • Salesforce Developer Certification.
  • Experience consuming and developing solutions that are highly interactive with internal/external APIs and web services.
  • Working knowledge of one of the following: Java, C#, PHP, Ruby or Python.
  • Experience with SFDC implementations involving heavy data integration utilizing ETL and Web Services.
  • Deep understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules.
  • Deep understanding of Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Apex classes, etc. Deep hands-on experience with Visual Force, Apex, and other customizations of SFDC.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, prioritize your work and manage your own time.
