Job Description:

    • This position is responsible for working with Collect and analyze business requirements from Business Users and Business analysts..
    • Create Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Workflow and Approvals for the flexibility and functionality of platform applications in Salesforce solutions.
    • Implement Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approval Processes, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, Events and Audit Trials.
    • Write SOQL queries against force.com API and involve in Salesforce.com application setup.
    • Work in a highly agile environment with a focus on iterative and test-driven design methods Use SalesForce Objects, Apex, VisualForce, Data Loader, ANT, JavaScript, HTML.
    • Design and implement systems in Salesforce to support automation of our CRM, SaaS operations, IT, and customer support processes.
    • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to define and implement process improvement
    • Primary worksite is Northbrook IL but relocation possible.

    Required:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a SFDC Developer with SalesCloud and ServiceCloud configurations for a user base of 100+ users
  • Experience in developing on Salesforce.com platform, including campaign management, Lead management, Customer Service, Content and Dashboard/Reporting.
  • Strong database exposure is desirable, preferably MSSQL and/or Oracle.
  • Candidate must have completed at least 2 Salesforce Implementations successfully.
  • Deep understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and client managing skills
  • Familiarity with Outbound Messaging implementation is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels
