Job Description:
  • Continue development and administration of Salesforce.com for 3 different business units (Sales, Talent, and Content Acquisition), including full life cycle software development, system configuration, data setup and ongoing maintenance
  • Provide critical feedback during specification, design, test and review process
  • Configure Sales Cloud and Force.com Platform Develop Salesforce specific code and visual force pages
  • Implements new enhancements including the creation of custom objects, fields, record types and triggers.
  • Strong partnership with business leads to ensure they have the skills needed to train end users and support the business functionally
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to define and implement process improvement
  • Develops, deploys and maintains Saleforce.com reports and dashboards
Required:
  • 6+ years of total experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com Design and Development.
  • Candidate must have completed at least 2 Salesforce Implementations successfully.
  • Must have Salesforce.com DEV401 or ADM201 Certification,Sales Cloud Consultant Certification is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services.
  • Proficiency in SOQL, HTML, XML, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services.
  • Familiarity with Outbound Messaging implementation is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologies, SOA design principles would be preferred.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Development Environments such as Eclipse and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels
