Job Description:
  • This position is responsible for working with Collect and analyze business requirements from Business Users and Business analysts..
  • Create Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Workflow and Approvals for the flexibility and functionality of platform applications in Salesforce solutions.
  • Implement Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approval Processes, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, Events and Audit Trials.
  • Use Custom Labels in Apex classes and Visual Force Pages to manage hard coding and translations.
  • SWrite SOQL queries against force.com API and involve in Salesforce.com application setup.
  • Use SalesForce Objects, Apex, VisualForce, Data Loader, ANT, JavaScript, HTML. Primary worksite is Northbrook, IL, but relocation is possible.
  • Primary worksite is Minneapolis/St. Paul,MN but relocation possible.
Required:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce CRM
  • 1-3 years of experience in developing on Salesforce.com platform, including campaign management, Lead management, Customer Service, Content and Dashboard/Reporting.
  • Work with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies.
  • Codes, tests and documents with .Net, C# and MS-SQL according to systems standards.
  • Related exp must include using SalesForce Objects and ANT.
  • Strong database experience is desirable, preferably MSSQL and/or Oracle.
  • Demonstrate an expertise in the business unit being supported, as well as an understanding of the IT organization's systems and capabilities in order to participate in project activities and research requests on an ongoing basis.
  • Experience with SFDC implementations involving heavy data integration utilizing ETL and Web Services. Deep understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules.
  • Deep understanding of Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Apex classes, etc. Deep hands-on experience with Visual Force, Apex, and other customizations of SFDC.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment with varying skill set levels
