Job Description:
  • Design and implement systems in Salesforce to support automation of our CRM, SaaS operations, IT, and customer support processes.
  • Use Apex triggers, batch Apex, workflow / approval rules, to support process automation.
  • Support key projects and initiatives such as data migrations, new business process implementations, and automation
  • Manage Salesforce integration with existing systems and third-party providers.
  • Design advanced reports, dashboards, and portals in SalesForce.com and other business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to define and implement process improvement
  • Primary worksite is Minneapolis/St. Paul,MNbut relocation possible.
Required:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a SFDC Developer with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations for a user base of 100+ users
  • SFDC Developer (401) certification.
  • SFDC Advanced Developer(501) certification preferred.
  • Experience in a technology company a plus.
  • Experience interfacing with business and technical teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and persuasive confidence.
  • Experience with SFDC implementations involving heavy data integration utilizing ETL and Web Services.
  • Deep understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles and Sharing Rules.
  • Deep understanding of Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, Triggers, Apex classes, etc. Deep hands-on experience with Visual Force, Apex, and other customizations of SFDC.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, prioritize your work and manage your own time.
